We collect only what is needed to arrange a request: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the details of the request itself (dates, location, guests, budget and preferences). If you create an account, we store your profile and your request history.

For payments we store the transaction reference, amount, currency and status provided by our payment processor. We never store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.

To perform the concierge service you ask for (contract), to keep records required by law (legal obligation), and to secure our systems and prevent abuse (legitimate interest). Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.

Access is restricted to MELIRÉ staff who need it to serve you. Where a request requires it, we share the minimum necessary detail with a partner (for example a restaurant or a chauffeur). Our hosting, database and payment providers process data on our instructions.

Request and account data is kept while your relationship with us is active and afterwards only as long as legal or accounting obligations require. Internal notes are deleted with the client record.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to melireservices@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level access rules, so each client can reach only their own records. Private documents and media are held in private storage and served through short-lived signed links after a server-side authorisation check.
