Terms & Conditions

MELIRÉ arranges dining, travel, gifts, transport and lifestyle requests on your behalf. We act as your intermediary with third-party suppliers; the supplier remains responsible for the service it delivers.

A request is only confirmed once we tell you it is confirmed. Availability, prices and timings quoted before confirmation are indicative and may change with the supplier.

Our invoice separates third-party cost from the MELIRÉ service fee. Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; MELIRÉ never receives your card details.

Where a membership is offered, its price, billing period and included benefits are shown before you commit. Recurring memberships continue until cancelled and are governed by the plan shown at checkout.

Third-party cancellation rules apply and may be strict for restaurants, private aviation and event bookings. Costs already committed to a supplier remain payable.

We treat every request confidentially. We ask the same of you regarding the arrangements, contacts and partners we make available to you.

We are liable for our own performance and not for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by Luxembourg law.
